The TIPSS-4 SB contract is a Small Business multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a wide spectrum of Information Technology related services for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of the Treasury, and its Bureaus.
