IRS Microsoft Premier Consulting Services (MPCS)

The Microsoft Premier Consulting Services (MPCS) unrestricted vehicle is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that provides the Treasury Department’s Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with Microsoft Premier Support Services (MPSS), Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Software Consulting services. This multiple-award, $112 million contract will be used to provide IT architecture and support services to provide the IRS with a robust and modernized IT infrastructure.
