VariQ has announced the appointment of André Hicks as the company’s Senior Vice President of Service Delivery. André is an accomplished executive with 15+ years of experience in the government contracting industry, managing service delivery portfolios that included Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Analytics within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Justice Department.
As VariQ’s SVP of Service Delivery, André will take on the oversight of client delivery, building VariQ’s strategic partnerships, and furthering its market focus. He brings leadership and innovation to VariQ, with focus on development of leading-edge capabilities to deliver innovative solutions.

André’s previous positions include VP of Business Development and Capture Operations and VP and Portfolio Manager of Federal Law Enforcement Cyber Security Solutions at Mantech. He started his defense contracting career in 2005 in business development and capture operations, focusing on growing cyber business in the Federal/Civilian and Intelligence Community (IC).
