VariQ announced today that it has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s new Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services Version 2.0 (CMMI SVC V2.0). CMMI V2.0 represents a major evolution in the model, focusing on improving business performance, integrating Agile resilience and scale, increasing focus on value of appraisals, and other enhancements. CMMI appraisals are the industry standard for evaluating high-performance organizations.

VariQ has remained a trailblazer in delivering business value through its development and services practices. In 2019, it was one of the first companies in the U.S. to complete an appraisal under CMMI for Development Version 2.0 (CMMI DEV V2.0), also at Maturity Level 3, and is now one of a handful of government solutions providers holding both credentials.

“CMMI Version 2.0 provides an accurate assessment of organizations that have championed business performance improvement using Agile methods,” said John Dvorak, VariQ’s Chief Technology Officer. “The appraisal reflects our continued commitment to provide high-quality solutions to the government agencies we serve.”
