VariQ was awarded a 5 year contract by the Department of Homeland Security, USCG Health, Safety and Work-Life Service Center Command (HSWL SE) to provide Database Technical Support Services in the Safety and Environmental Health Division.
HSWL is responsible for ensuring/coordinating access to and/or delivery of Health, Safety and Work Life services to Coast Guard members and employees. HSWL interprets and implements Health, Safety and Work Life program policies as set forth in applicable guidance, assesses and responds to identified program needs of Coast Guard units and prioritizes the delivery of available resources to Coast Guard units. HSWL works collaboratively with CG-11, PSC, DoD and TRICARE contract entities in ensuring/coordinating access to and/or delivery of cohesive HSWL services to active duty members, family members, retirees and their families and other authorized beneficiaries. HSWL ensures the integration of readiness data, delivery/coordination of direct care, and provides oversight and advice to all field units for all Health, Safety and Work Life programs.
